"LIFE PLAY" © was developed by Jeff and Saba Doucette in 2001 after over 20 years of teaching and observing the connections improvisation has to life and spirit. In addition to being Licensed Metaphysical Practitioners, Jeff and Saba are highly accomplished professionals. Jeff is one of Hollywood's most recognizable faces, having appeared in over 250 TV episodes and 35 films. Saba is producer, writer, director and Emmy Award winning choreographer. Their unique blend of spirit, art, and compassionate teaching methods make their workshops dynamic, inspiring, spiritually uplifting, and a whole lot of fun.
